DIETARY MANAGER
St. William’s Living Center was established in 1963 and is located in beautiful Parkers Prairie, Minnesota. St. William’s Living Center is rated a Five Star facility by Medicare.gov Nursing Home Compare and has staffing ratios significantly higher than the state and federal averages. We are looking for energetic and friendly Dietary Manager to join our dietary team!
Our Dietary Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day functions of the dietary department. This individual follows OSHA and CDC guidelines while interacting with staff, residents and their families. Are you an experienced supervisor, but haven't worked in the food services setting, and would like to? This may be the opportunity for you! We have the opportunity to enroll you in the coursework necessary for this position.

Requirements: Individual must be enrolled in or has completed, at a minimum, a dietary manager course. Training and coursework to be provided for the right candidate. Individual must also pass a state required background study.

RESIDENT SUPPORT

We are looking for energetic and friendly Resident Support Aides to join our team!
Our Resident Support employees are responsible for direct care activities with our residents. They assist with a variety of tasks; such as meal times, activities, answering call lights, and many more life enrichment tasks! This is a part-time, casual dress code position. There is every other weekend and holiday rotation requirement. Come to work for an organization that values both its employees and its residents!
Requirements: This position requires an ability to work effectively as a team and independently. Must be detail-oriented, have strong time management and multitasking skills, and be well organized. Individuals must also pass a state-required background study. A CNA certificate is NOT required for this position.

LPN or RN
$2,000 Sign-On Bonus
Our LPNs and RNs are responsible for the administration of general care of our residents as detailed in each resident's individual care plan. Full and part-time positions are available on our AM, PM and overnight shifts. There is every 3rd weekend, every other holiday commitment with this position.

Requirements: Current registration as State of Minnesota LPN or RN and current CPR certification. Individuals must also pass a state-required background study.

Certified Nursing Assistant
$2,000 Sign-On Bonus
Our Certified Nursing Assistants are responsible for assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living through daily nursing care as described in each Resident's Plan of Care. Full and part-time positions are available on all shifts. Come to work for an organization that values both its employees and its residents!
Requirements: Individuals must be on the State of Minnesota’s Nursing Assistant Registry, or be registered to take the course (contact us for more information on this option). Individuals must also pass a state-required background study. Must be 16 years old or older.

- Starting wage of $20.00 per hour, plus $5 per hour for PM or Night Shifts

Requirements: No experience necessary, will train. Individual must also pass a state required background study. Must be 18 years or older.
