We are looking for an energetic and friendly Registered Nurse to join our team!
- Full-time (64 hours a pay-period
- Working day shift.
- Work every 3rd weekend and every other holiday.
Pay range is $30.00-$40.00 and is based on experience.
Sign-On Bonus $2,000
Responsibilities of an RN Nurse Manager is:
- Floor Manager.
- Complete daily rounds to all residents and ensure care plan is being followed.
- Attend daily report.
- Supervise daily charting to ensure accuracy.
- Assess and document new residents as well as those with a significant change in condition.
- Initiate minor disciplinary actions as appropriate.
- Assist in staff development, orientations and trainings as instructed by DON.
- Prepare and administer medications in accordance with MD orders.
- Assist in securing staff coverage.
- Assist in determining medical supply needs and ordering.
- Oversee the safe keeping, ordering, documentation, and counting of controlled substances.
- Supervise the coordination of physician rounds.
- Maintain communication with physicians.
- Develop resident care plans and keep them updated accordingly.
- Oversee the implementation of bowl and bladder assessments and retraining programs.
- Inspect all areas of skin concerns at least 1x/week.
- Participate in the maintenance and implementation of the quality assurance program of the nursing department.
- Complete chart audits per quality indicator and/or medical records consultation reports.
- Conduct resident interviews per QIS survey.
- Complete accident/incident reports as needed, investigate causes and implement corrections as appropriate.
- Communicate with families, residents, and staff regarding concerns.
- Report instances of neglect of abuse to DON and/or Administrator.
Requirements of a Registered Nurse:
- Must be licensed in the State of Minnesota as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Must complete and pass a state required background study.
- Must obtain CPR certification within 6 months from date of hire.

- Evening 2:30pm-11pm and/or Overnight 10:30pm-7am hours.
- Work every 3rd weekend and every other holiday.
Pay range is $23.50 - $40.00 per hour and is based on the experience of the LPN or RN.

Responsibilities of an LPN Position or RN nursing Position:
The primary purpose is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
- Assess and coordinate care needs of the residents under to provide quality nursing care.
- Prepare, administer, and document medications given to residents according to policy and procedures.
- Complete resident’s care documentation that reflects the care provided to the resident as well as the resident’s response to the care.
- Receive report from nurse / TMA that is going off duty getting full information on resident’s conditions and new orders.
- Administers, prepares, and charts medications given on MAR.
- Administers PRN medications and results obtained as needed.
- Performs resident treatments and documents as completed.
- Makes rounds on each resident on their team.
- Refers residents needing assessment or special monitoring to the registered nurse facility coordinator.
- The LPN or RN assures that all CNAs/TMAs are completing cares as assigned.
- Assist with resident’s care as needed.
- Observes, monitors, and records resident’s conditions, reactions to drugs, treatments, and significant events.
- Calls physicians as needed.
- Order meds, chart, and etc. as needed and listed under performance requirements for this position.
Requirements of an LPN or RN:
- Must be licensed in the State of Minnesota as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN).
- Must complete and pass a state required background study.

Certified Nursing Assistant
$2,000 Sign-On Bonus
Our Certified Nursing Assistants are responsible for assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living through daily nursing care as described in each Resident's Plan of Care. Full and part-time positions are available on Night shift. Come to work for an organization that values both its employees and its residents!
Requirements: Individuals must be on the State of Minnesota’s Nursing Assistant Registry, or be registered to take the course (contact us for more information on this option). Individuals must also pass a state-required background study. Must be 16 years old or older.

Mental Health Worker
Our Mental Health Workers are responsible for assisting residents who are mentally ill or developmentally disabled with their daily activities of living.
Requirements: No experience necessary, will train. Individual must also pass a state required background study. Must be 18 years or older.

RESIDENT SUPPORT
IS THIS SOMETHING THAT INTERESTS YOU!
In this position you are a "support" person to our residents'. You would interact and assist with residents at activities such as: bingo, cards, dice games, assist resident's to and from activities, dining room for meals and coffee time, help with room orders from the dining room and snack cart, making sure residents get fresh water daily, passing out clean linens, answer call lights, obtain appropriate staff to complete the resident's needs, and sometimes the residents just want someone to have a conversation with.
No scrubs required just casual dress (everyday wear).
Please note: This position does NOT help with personal care such as bathing or toileting.
St. William’s will train for this position.
This is a full-time or part-time. Shifts would be days and evenings the week and every other weekend. There is a holiday rotation requirement.
Requirements: This position requires an ability to work effectively as a team and independently. Must be detail-oriented, have strong time management and multitasking skills, and be well organized. Individuals must also pass a state-required background study. A CNA certificate is NOT required for this position.
