We are looking for an energetic and friendly Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to join our team!
- Full-time or Part-time hours
- Work every third weekend and every third holiday.
Pay starting at $27.12 per hour- LPN; $33.50 per hour- RN, and is based on the experience of the LPN or RN. Plus $5000 Sign-On Bonus!

Responsibilities of an LPN or Registered Nurse (RN):
The primary purpose is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
- Assess and coordinate care needs of the residents to provide quality nursing care.
- Prepare, administer, and document medications given to residents according to policy and procedures.
- Complete resident’s care documentation that reflects the care provided to the resident as well as the resident’s response to the care.
- Receive report from nurse/TMA that is going off duty getting full information on resident’s conditions and new orders.
- Administers, prepares, and charts medications given on MAR.
- Administers PRN medications and results obtained as needed.
- Performs resident treatments and documents as completed.
- Makes rounds on each resident on their team.
- Refers residents needing assessment or special monitoring to the registered nurse facility coordinator.
- The LPN or RN assures that all CNAs/TMAs are completing cares as assigned.
- Assist with resident’s care as needed.
- Observes, monitors, and records resident’s conditions, reactions to drugs, treatments, and significant events.
- Calls physicians as needed.
- Order meds, chart, and etc. as needed and listed under performance requirements for this position.
Requirements of an LPN or RN:
- Must be licensed in the State of Minnesota as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN).
- Must complete and pass a state required background study.
- Must obtain CPR certification within 6 months from date of hire.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Care Assistant to join our team in the Adult Foster Care Homes. In this role, you will provide daily support and care to residents living with mental health conditions in a residential setting.
- As a Mental Health Care Assistant you will monitor, provide support and supervision to the residents.
- You would also complete annual training in the following areas: First Aid, Mental Health Diagnosis, Recovery, Evidence Based Practice, Community Resources, Duel Diagnosis, Medication and there side effects and de-escalation.
- The Mental Health Care Assistant would initiate and participate in social/recreational activities with residents as scheduled.
- You may need to assist residents with personal cares or self-help skills such as grooming and hygiene.
- The Mental Health Care Assistant will be trained to perform supervision of self-administration of medications.
- This position will also include teaching skills, working with clients, identifying triggers and barriers into behaviors, and coach/cue and prompt clients to complete independent daily living skills. Modifying client's routines to benefit their needs, assist with meals, cleaning, hygiene tasks, behavior modifications, medication pass and/or any other daily living skills.
- No experience necessary, will train.
Shifts:
- Working up to 64 hours per pay period including every other weekend/holiday.
Wages:
- Starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Requirements of a Mental Health Care Assistant:
- Candidates must pass a criminal background check through the State of MN to be qualified for the position.

Overview
St. William’s Living Center (Parkers Prairie) and Willow Creek Senior Community (Henning) are seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position supports both locations and plays an essential role in ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained environment for our residents and staff.
As a leading provider of senior living and healthcare services, we offer a supportive workplace with staffing ratios significantly higher than state and federal averages. If you enjoy hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and contributing to a mission‑driven organization, we encourage you to apply.
Position Structure
This is a full‑time position that will work at both St. William’s Living Center (Parkers Prairie) and Willow Creek Senior Community (Henning).
Weekly schedules will be assigned based on facility needs and may shift over time. Schedules may include:
- Primarily Parkers Prairie, or
- A combination of Parkers Prairie and Henning
The successful candidate will be trained in the duties of both locations to ensure full participation in the weekend on‑call rotation and to provide flexibility for staffing coverage.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs
- Assemble and maintain equipment
- Complete snow removal, lawn mowing, and groundskeeping
- Use technology for work orders and communication
- Support safety, comfort, and facility operations
- Participate in weekend on‑call rotation once trained
Schedule & Compensation
- Monday–Friday daytime hours
- Weekend on‑call rotation
- Starting at $25.00+ per hour, depending on experience
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to pass a State of Minnesota background check
- MN Boiler License or willingness to obtain within 6 months
